What Families Say About Our Support
Experiences with Our Supervised Contact Services
I had the opportunity to work with Bianca during a period where she supervised visits between my daughter and me. From the outset, Bianca demonstrated a high level of professionalism, calmness, and genuine care for the wellbeing of everyone involved. Supervised contact can be a difficult and emotionally charged environment, but Bianca consistently created a safe, balanced, and supportive space. She was attentive without being intrusive, fair in her observations, and maintained clear boundaries while still showing empathy and understanding. What stood out most was her ability to keep the focus where it belonged, my child. Bianca approached each session with patience, neutrality, and a strong commitment to ensuring the visits remained positive and child focused. I would not hesitate to recommend Bianca to families or professionals seeking a supervisor who is thoughtful, professional, and genuinely committed to supporting healthy parent-child relationships.
Bianca has been amazing with helping organise my contact with my child. She came across as non-judgemental, highly professional, respected our space while maintaining her profession and being vigilant without making it awkward. Above all My child felt secure and at ease having her around and she respected our time. When you have a limited time with your child (your world) having a non-judgemental mind around you is what you need and Bianca truly understand those boundaries. Her support was unconditional in a way that constrained times were well spent and made us have a quality time together. She goes above and beyond by suggesting kids friendly places for the contacts to happen and the communication between the parties is very professional and precise, When it comes to contacts with family the time plays a key role and Bianca showed at most importance to time management by being there always on time and making all parties comfortable so the contact time goes smoothly by taking child's best interest as top most priority as per the court orders. We can't thank Bianca enough for all the support she gave us by keeping our family together to spend a quality time. If contacts through agency become part of your life, then highly recommend Bianca.
Bianca was very professional, protective and non-judgemental when working with our family for court appointment supervision. I would happily recommend her and I’m very thankful for her professionalism and instincts in ensuring our safety during these supervisions.
